 Product Terms and Conditions

Excalibur Integrated Systems, Inc. carries the highest quality products and offers the highest level of service possible, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you should have to return an item, please follow our return policy.

  • Please over box product. Product must be factory sealed and packaging must be in brand new condition for credit to be issued. If it is not, product will be returned with no credit allowed.

  • Please obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our office via email within 7 days of merchandise receipt. THIS IS REQUIRED! You should receive a reply within 24 business hours. Products returned without proper written authorization and marking (Return Authorization Number MUST be written on shipping carton) will be rejected at the Shipping Dept.

    • DO NOT write on the original product box!

  • All merchandise MUST be in its original, new condition. Please do not remove any tags or dispose of the receipt or shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase.

  • Excalibur Integrated Systems, Inc. does not accept returns of Print heads, Bar Code Media, Software or Symbol Service Contracts.

  • Misships must be claimed within 15 days of order date.

  • Product WILL be returned to customer under the following circumstances:

    • If a product is returned missing any components sent with the original order.

    • If the condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented.

    • If the received product is damaged in any way.

    • If there is not a valid and visible RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

    • If a product returned on a DOA is tested as full functioning product.

    • If product is received over 10 days after the date the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is issued.

    • Product that is discontinued/obsolete from the supplier does not qualify for return.

  • Excalibur Integrated Systems, Inc. DOES NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ship an item back to Excalibur Integrated Systems, Inc. for return. It is NOT the responsibility of Excalibur Integrated Systems, Inc. to pick-up a customer's return item at the customer's business or residence. Please insure item(s) to be shipped back to Excalibur Integrated Systems, Inc. for return.

  • Your sales receipt must accompany the merchandise being returned. Returns will not be accepted without receipt.

  • Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton, with the return authorization number written on the outside of the box. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without return authorization number.

  • · Please allow three weeks to process all returns.

  • Important! When you receive your package, DO NOT open the box with a sharp object! Excalibur Integrated Systems, Inc. will NOT accept returns on items that have been cut with a knife while opening the box!

  • There is a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
