Excalibur bolsters their engineering staff!

Excalibur Integrated Systems is proud to announce and welcome Fred Hammond as its new Director of Telephony for the sales and service of Avaya Products.  Mr. Hammond brings with him over 40 years of experience in the Telephony Industry.  Hammond worked for Bell South, AT&T, and was the co-owner of East Tennessee Communications for over twenty years.

Shane Moore, Director of Business Development, said "Fred has as much or more experience with Telephony as anyone in the Chattanooga area.  We are lucky to have him - he will help us grow our Telephony division which we are very excited about".

Excalibur Integrated Systems is proud to announce the hiring of Christopher Howell as a Network Engineer.  Mr. Howell brings with him over 5 years experience in the University networking industry.  He comes to us from Tennessee Technological University, where he served as the Network Support Specialist for 2 years.  Mr. Howell holds an MBA with a focus in MIS from Tennessee Technological University and configured/maintained the university's multiple networks for 5000+ nodes. 

Howell’s experience with wired and wireless infrastructure will be a great asset to Excalibur.  He has worked with most top tier manufactures in wireless and switching, including Extreme Networks, Enterasys, HP, Foundry, 3Com, Aerohive, etc…
